By one in the afternoon you have had four conversations that will shape the next quarter, and the useful thinking about them did not happen inside any of them. It happened in the eight minutes of walking in between, and it is already gone.
That is the actual founder bottleneck. It is not strategy, and it is not a shortage of ideas. It is capture.

Read the last three rows as genuine limits rather than small print. If you need a bot sitting in your calls, that is a different category of product.
